Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at Yukon Lending Corporation. Beginning with approximately 20 hours per week. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, document creating and formatting, facilitating communication, and general administrative assistance. While this job role can be done remotely for most tasks, some onsite tasks are required and some tasks require a physical presence to be in Calgary, Alberta. Part-time to start, this role is anticipated to become a full-time role with benefits within one year.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs/Sheets/etc)
Experience with electronic signature programs (Adobe/DocuSign/etc.)
Strong English language communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Experience working in the financial or real estate industry is an advantage
Ideal Candidate
While this role begins as part-time with approximately 20 hours per week, we are seeking someone interested in continuing on as a employee, with benefits, within the year. Therefore, the ideal candidate would be a university student graduating soon or a parent returning to the work force, or a semi-retired individual.
Compensation
Dependant on candidates experience, ability and potential. Starting with hourly pay without benefits - the right candidate may move to salary with benefits within the year.
