This is a part-time, largely remote position for an Administrative Assistant / Operations Support role. The job requires approximately 20 hours per week, primarily during regular office hours. It's an ideal fit for someone with school-aged children or a recent graduate looking for flexible hours.
Administrative Tasks: Assisting with daily administrative and operational support.
Communication: Maintaining regular communication with the office to support daily operations.
In-Office/On-site Tasks: Being available for occasional in-office or on-site tasks as needed.
Document Creation: A preference is given to candidates with experience creating documents and marketing materials.
Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency with various software is a must.
Google Workspace Proficiency: You must be well-versed in Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
DocuSign Experience: Familiarity with DocuSign is required.
Accounting Experience: Recent experience in general accounting duties, expense reports, travel logs, QuickBooks, etc.
Home Office Setup: You must have your own reliable computer with internet access for video calls.
